Imagine waking up either drenched in sweat or freezing without an air conditioner or a room heater. What a way to start your day!
Then proceeding with the daily routine-cold water bath in winters and a warm water bath in summers would be far from welcome. Stepping out of the house not knowing what is going on in the neighbourhood leave alone the world,as there would neither be the electronic nor the print media. Then walking miles to find the person you have gone to meet is not available as you would have no cellphones to confirm the person's whereabouts.
After a long,tiring day at work, there would neither be energy for socializing nor television to entertain. The threat of anti-social elements without the neon lights that brighten up the roads,no air-conditioned eating joints to unwind,and no theaters to help you relax,would not make things pleasant.
This apart,the deprivation of medical aid would make matters worse. Squirming with pain,battling with life and suffering the wrath of nature would certainly need something more than just endurance to bear and that something is modern gadgets!
